Software Facilities In order to provide high quality biological data to its research members, ECB has acquired annual subscriptions of following databases: TransFAC - the gene regulation database. TransPath - the signal transduction database. NetPro - the protein-protein interaction database. Ingenuity Pathway Analysis - the pathway analysis tool. Brenda- the digital enzyme lexicon. Signal Transduction Knowledge Environment data We have also uploaded PubChem database on our server to allow faster access to research groups in Edinburgh.
